Consider teams

from different perspectives

  • Emic Lab, founded in 2006 by Anna Chodynicka and Dr. Joanna Więckowska, applies cultural psychology to business.

  • Emic is a term for understanding how people function internally within a given culture by analyzing its values and norms. We use the Emic approach when working with industries, organizations, and teams because each group creates a unique culture with specific standards and expectations.

At Emic Lab, data analysis is the cornerstone of our solutions. We use data from psychological research, our research on organizations, and business analyses to help our clients observe, comprehend, and implement changes to their organizational culture, whether at the company or team level, to enhance the effectiveness of achieving their goals.

  • Our mission is to enhance the effectiveness of our clients' international cooperation. We aim to transform clients' views on foreign colleagues, businesses, and diverse teams and improve their international cooperation skills by offering them practical knowledge and tools they can implement immediately.

  • Our commitment to our clients is based on our core values. We firmly believe that successful collaboration relies on:

A thorough understanding of our clients' businesses.

Respect for their employees' cultures, diversity, and viewpoints.
